So, there is a 3-weeks-holiday after one semester school. It's from 23rd of December 2015 until 10th of January 2016. And I planned to go to Palembang, South Sumatera with my family to spent my holiday. On 22nd of December 2015 we flew from Husein Sastranegara International Airport on 3 p.m and arrived there in Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II International Airport on 4 p.m. Yeah, it just takes one hour to get there from Bandung. On plane, I just slept and stewardess announced that we will landed in Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II International Airport. I think "HOW CAN?? I just slept like 5 minutes and the airplane will landed, huh." So, it's not a long and tiring journey.
The first and second day I just stayed at home;eat, sleep, and playing handphone. And the holiday started!!! The third day, we went to Kemaro Island. It's a little island that located in the middle of Musi River. It's located about 10 km from the city. This island has an exstensive area about 30 hectares and inhabited by a few hundred people. To go there we have to use a boat that is located on the banks of the Musi River near the Ampera Bridge. It takes about half an hour and to hire a boat we have to pay about thiry thousand-fifty thousand for one person.
This island has a pagoda and a temple that usually used for worship. So, this island always crowded when Chinese New Year. The pagoda has 9 stairs and this place is the most famous place in that island. To enter this island we don't have to pay.

On 1st of January 2016, I and my family went to Amanzi Waterpark. We went there on 10 a.m. This place was crowded, yes because it's a newyear. To enter this waterpark we have to pay Rp 120.000,00 per person. And we have to deposit our money in bracelet so when we go swimming our money is safe. We can use that money to buy a food in waterpark or rent a float and etc. And there's so many waterslide that very challenged and fun. I tried all of that waterslide and that was so fun. I and family rent a float to ride it around the waterpark. To rent the float we have to pay about Rp 20.000-40.000 , it depends on its size. After we surrounded the waterpark with the float, we went to the foodcourt to lunch. I don't like the foodcourt because the waiter serve very slow and there's a lot of people in the foodcourt so we can't sit up. After ate, we took a bath and go home.
The next day I spent my holiday go around Palembang from Mall to Mall such as Palembang Icon, Palembang Indah Mall, Palembang Square, etc. I played there with my family to do karaoke, culinary, shopping, and etc. I'm very enjoying to spent my holiday with my family. At night, we always go out for eat. My favorite food is Mie Celor and ofcourse Pempek.
Finally, on 10th of January 2016 we flew to bandung. Umm, but before we went to the airport we went to Pempek Candy Restaurant to bought a gift. It was an excited holiday!!!
